you see the need for only 4 constitution countries is that .. you cant create a country call south south,, if you look at that the satellite picture..

the ijaws are so small. By the end of the day, you will have a place, where there will not be any single development because it will not be able to build project. Since govt depend on taxes.. When you look at the satellite picture. Ibadan only is more populated than even state 2 to 3 state in the area.

What it means is that ibadan will generate more money than the south south.. And how can they develop. You see the so call Niger delta militia are not educated to scare you to do what is best for the people.



So you make the ijaw decide if they want to be in the west and east..


You see , you have to be kwara state in the western Niger.. If you dont do that.. Kwara and kogi will never develop.. You cant put it in the middle belt.. It does not matter if the party in this state are in PDP.... constitution country most have other parties. it can not be one party in all state or local govt. People most have choice to pick.

You have separate army to make it impossible for military coup... IN the former USSR.. they had separate Army in the republics. Called the red army.

In the US , you have the national Guard a state military force of the federal US military. So this is what happen in the US. when there is war. The US army calls members of the national Guard.. They form the military that you see fighting for the US.

Most of them are national Guard members.

So the National Guard are the one who form the bulk of the army in a civil war. that you see on television..

You will notice that every ethnics group is not represented in the executive council.

In the old western region..as example... Uhrobo were represented as minister (commissioner) in the executive council, ijaw were, Isoko were ,itseikiri were, agbor were etc... how many have been minister after the system was changed.

I dont think there are up to 5 uhrobo people who have been... or if anybody from Agbor have been minister. because the system does not work...

will show you picture of yenagoa.. were the ijaw who are shouting dont know they will suffer. It is not about oil.

You see Oil is not what nigeria govt live by. it is taxes.. Mobil, shell are private company. Nigeria govt have been telling lies that it is oil . Shell , mobil dont share their profit with the nigeria govt , have told by many years.. they are private companies..

So if you form the south south , they will suffer.. Mobil , shell will not share the money to them because they are private business, what the oil state are mostly from taxes of the people.. If you create south south they will have no money and will be poor. Most of them dont know the truth, because the nigeria govt tell lies.. And have not be honest.

shell, mobil dont share their profit with nigeria govt except if the business is joint

Do you think the ijaw can provide money for the south south.. please look at the satellite pictures and compare.. And judge for yourself. The answer is No. So dont create the south south , you will suffer..

You see nigeria have been drilling oil for 40 years, do you think it will flow for ever. No. image it stop flowing in the next 10 years.. they will be poor. very poor. you do not create problem for your next generation. oil will not flow forever. it will not be possible if you create south south to change it. You create 4 constitution countries. that way you can have more seat at the united nation. small togo have 1 , nigeria have 1.

If you look at the list of the call off to the national team. it tell you the truth about nigeria..

Britian have English league, Scotish league, welsh and Ireland league.

You see England is about the size of Old Borno state (with Yobe) and they have the premier league. their matches that you watch.

it is not possible to have professional league like England because it cost so much in Nigeria. The size of england makes it easy for team to travel and return in 1 day and they dont have to pay for hotel.

It is cheaper for them to run the league.

So creating 4 constitution countries even makes professional soccer, sorry , you people be naija.. Football easy... It means you will have at least 4 professional soccer league.

The reason why nobody is investing in it. is the size of nigeria. they have to travel from lagos to borno. it cost so much and so much danger . if they take flight. how much remain for them.

Football is a big business. like any other business. People earn a living from it. In england for example. there are about 1400 leagues system.

and several professional leagues system. Just in england only.


so to have an effective league system. There is a need for the Western niger league Professional. It is easy to travel from ilorin to ogbomosho to play

creating 4 constitutional countries. will allow many young far northerners to go to the olympic under the far north banner. and will allow the middle belt to go. and others. you dont know who will win. sport is like chance. kalo kalo.

if you dont put kwara and kogi or delta in the western nigeria. they will overthrow the govt because you see in kwara over 90 % are yoruba.. and even people from kwara who are in the army 90% are yorubas. what it means is you please minority less than 10% over them. that is not done anywhere. it means they will over throw you. and you cant do that too for the hausa/fulani in the far north too. it is less a risk to displease few minority than displease majority.. nupe people are few there.. you are trying to please less than 800 army officer to displease over 30,000 army officers.. is that possible.

if you put 6 zone in the constitution. they will overthrow the govt. because. it was some uneducated people who thought about the idea of 6 zone. they did not know who live where. If you want to get overthrow test them. they will deal with you. army dont joke..

That how much nigeria govt make in a month. and this is what is paid to states... and oil taxes are taxes that Oil importers like Conoil, oando etc import into Nigeria.. and they sale. this is where the govt of Nigeria allocate state revenue.. so all this uneducated people shouting niger delta are uneducated..

So basically. they are given akwa ibom money from the taxes of the people of Nigeria, which should be stop. this is why I said. Let Oil state go and ask the Oil company for 13% and let see if they will get it. they will get zero. Because the oil companies have lawyers and the court will tell all the Niger delta militia the truth.

This is why the north want them to stop the oil derivation because their taxes is been used to pay Akwa Ibom state 13%.. which is illegal. and Ngozi iweala already told you. she does not control oil money.
