The sale of Milan’s prolific Zlanta Ibrahimovic to PSG capped the cocktail of the players exodus which has hit Rossoneri since the close season. Gennaro Gattuso, Alessandro Nesta, Thiago Silver, Clarence Seedorf, Fillipo Inzaghi have all left San Siro while Antonio Cassano has also served notice of his intention to quit for Genoa. Gattuso had alleged that he and Nesta has left San Siro because they felt they were treated like surplus while Zlanta and Thiago were reportedly sold to cash-rich PSG to help cushion the rough financial tides at Milan.
