I am very sure that Ibori will be cursing the people that advised him to run away from Nigeria when EFCC went for him. Since he left the country he has been going through one ordeal or the other. His other colleagues who did not run away from Nigeria have not even entered a witness box ,they walk freely in Nigeria enjoying their loots.
Ibori's case is not like that :Ibori is serving a jail term in London along with his wife, Nkoyo, his mistress and lawyer, having all been convicted of money laundering charges, forfeited $3 million assets in the United States and N2.2billion cash to the Federal Government.
I believe other looters will not make the mistake of Ibori and run away. The same file they used for his case in Nigeria that found him not guilty , the London court used the same file and found him guilty. Our judicial system is something else.
