A North Korean man, Jeong Pyong is saying that his dog gave birth to a cat.
He said it was a miracle and that all he could do was to stare at the animal in disbelief. According to TIMES OF INDIA, Pyong-Bong said that he may have an idea of how it happened. He said that the only explanation is that his dog was wandering one night and had SEX with an ally cat.
According to THE ASIAN AGE, experts have said that a 'miracle birth' such as the one Pyong-Bong has described is not genetically possible.

Professor SON CHANG-HO OF CHONNNAM National University's College of Veterinary Science said that it is not possible for a dog to give birth to a cat. He went onto say that a puppy could end up looking like a kitten but the trait and number of chromosomes in dogs and cats are very different.
