It just occured to me that events in Ghana bear a striking resemblance to the Yar'Adua saga two years ago, where a Vice-President was sworn in as citizen number one just prior to crucial elections. I wonder if John Mahama's presidency leading up to the Ghanaian election coming up by December. Will he learn from the Goodluck Jonathan saga and refrain from running in December? Or will he tow President Jonathan's path? Time will tell.

For now, RIP to President Mills. You'll be missed.

The differences are: Ata Mills performed, Yaradua never did, Ghanaian seems to be ready for a good nation, but we are not not in Nigeria.
