I was told by someone that the app causing the deduction is a system app called GNsalestrack

That I should get rid of of but I can delete a system app.

If you do:
1. You loose the warranty
2. If you make a mistake while rooting, you destroy the phone forever.
3. You will have to get a ready software to replace it.
4. It cost some extra bucks/ technical know-how

What if I tell you that the issue can be fixed without rooting your phone or distorting your phone warranty?

i had similar issue Martin helped solve it you can call him on 08037599546 he should be in Lagos currently tell him his namesake from Asaba he knows me. Please no need to Root the Phone ooo. He will bypass it without rooting your phone and Delete the code lines disturbing the phone.
