They are family land and has no any proof, the only thing you get when you buy it is the family receipt from Baale(the head of the family) then you will get a lawyer to prepare for the land agreement which the family will sign and your witness which we will also be part of the witness, then its left for you to get other document like C of O or whatever, i would have sent the picture of paperwork agreement of those one i have helped people in buying but its unethical and confidential but i will send the one i also bought personally for myself, you can come for verification before you started insinuating.
