I would like to communicate with you through email if you don't mind. In a similar situation with you currently.
haryourdayG:
Hello bosses, which region is best for Civil Engineers in terms of employment and most affordable to settle as a migrant. I intend to submit ROI for NSW and will have to choose a region

[Thank you very much. This was really helpful. His denial has basically nothing to do with health or character. First denial was because there was no proof of landed property. Second denial was because of the economic condition of my country (Nigeria).

Do you think NYSC experience can be added to his work experience?
Knight1:
Unless he was refused on grounds of health or character, I doubt it would be a problem, to the best of my knowledge.
Can't say I know sufficiently to advice on that so I'd recommend this Facebook Group for questions you may not have answers for here.

@tunlex01 and @Knight1 please I need your advice and that of every other member of this group.

My husband total score for visa subclass 491 is 95 inclusive of the 15points for regional. While for 190 he has 85 inclusive of 5points for state nomination. Now the issue here is he was previously denied dependent visa subclass 500 twice while I was still studying in Australia.

However, his now applying as the primary applicant for visa 491 and/or 190 (depends on which one sends invites first). The question here is do you think his refusal for dependent visa will be a red flag for him while applying for the PR.

N.b his applying as the primary applicant while I go in as his dependent this time because he studied engineering and graduated with a first class, has an IELTS of 8.5 in L, S, W, and 9.0 in Reading. Also 6years work experience inclusive of NYSC experience. Also note that I studied accounting and isn't lucrative as a pathway for PR that's why am not applying.

Thanks as I look forward to hearing from you soon.
