Hi Guys,
This was the reason provided by the VO for the delay:
"I am not satisfied that applicant has provided sufficient reasons for study in Canada, Concerns applicant is using study permit has a means to facilitate entry into Canada other than educational advancement"
Kindly assist. |

Hi Guys,
I have been following numerous threads on this forum and would require your assistance to tackle my reapplication.
My recent delay was as a result of purpose of visit (doubt to return to your country after your programme). I ordered for gcms notes but it is taking longer than expected and my deferment is till January 2018.
Proposed Program: MSc Scholarship: Partial funding (17k CAD + TA)
Thanks in anticipation |

Thanks for the further clarification, however i will request for my GCMS and send an email to the School. To further buttress my points on home ties, i also attached the following document: -My SOA -My Payslip -Pension account summary -The CAC documents of my company which i run in paralllel khasm: The truth is, you did not include home tie to yourself..your years of experience seems too little, no SOA, not married, no Kids, c'mon.no property doc
I am not saying without all these you cannot get visa, but chances are slim. Since you have left the gap for purpose of visit in your first app., you must clear the concern, cause every other VO will check.
The only way you can address the concern with this your profile is if you can convincingly explain to the VO the connection between you and your parents property and investment doc, i.e lettting them know you are the heir,etc..just think through it.
otherwise, let your circumstance change before reapplying |

Confirm if it is refundable, well i felt the payment should have been included in your visa application as an added advantage to show you already have something committed.

Hi, I also applied on the 1st of June for a study permit, precisely my second time of applying and am still yet to get a biometric instruction to proceed to VFS for it. Have you received your instruction up until now? McOsheBaba: Thank you for the reply. I hope it is not abnormal for the biometric invitation to take this long. I also have this question. I did a medical upfront and I added my info sheet to my letter of explanation. Do I need to do any other thing with regards to my medical exam? |
