You can use it through FMLA which is federal law and mental health which you already have documented is one of the reasons for using FMLA with that your job secured when you are away. I think most well to do Ibos live outside their region. Those one outside their region are what give false sense of importance.

South East as a region is so poor and have lesser economic activities in the real sense. Most economic attributes they attribute to them is from their fellow Ibo residing in other region and going back home for x y z.
