I am very worried especially for the fact that this university has not yet updated there website. Barely all universities have updated there website, what is the problem with this university. Is that so last year. Or is it that we are not sitting for aptitude test this year.

I have a Hp Intel Laptop, using Window Vista Plus as the operating system, but there seems to be a problem, it is whenever I use a public (Cyber cafe) network cable and insert to my laptop though the Icon is showing that it is connected but it is saying unidentified connection. I met the network administrator but he told me all his network cable connects automatically when inserted to any system. Please any Guru who can help me solve this problem.
