Niger Deltans

The area deviding the Niger Delta is occupied by the ikweres on the North and ogonis on the south and a little of akwaibom towards the Atlantic..

Though it is unlikly ikwerre will join biafra, the SS can survive if the ikwerres don't join it, but it'll be a major breakthrough for the Niger Delta if the ikwerres join it.
It'll reduce tension between Biafra and the Niger Delta because of water ways in that with ikwerre in the puzzle the only hope for biafra would be a visa free agreement for trade reasons... If if they don't join the space deviding the Niger Delta into two becomes thinner and I doubt the Niger deltan authorities would want to give a route to sea in addition to the loosing ikwerre and that would start a tension that no one wants. Because once this place breaks everyone would want to concentrate on out working the each other on devolpment..

As much as I'd like your idea to be realistic, if you look at thing from a broad perspective, it'll just be another Nigeria. Except each state is given an autonomy over its affairs with a Central Government that only act as an oversight of regional government. Other than that we'll still face the problem of marginalization, corruption etc.

that's the only way out...the FEDRAL government will be a supervisory authority
