Honestly its high time the government and private organizations provide more opportunities in 2019,for OND certificate holders in every discipline. they should also consider breaking the jinx of age requirements of below 30,in other to avert or curb the outrageous increase in crime which has become pandemic amongst the youths in Nigeria.

There are millions of youths out there who has acquired the OND certificate from various polytechnics in their respective disciplines ,but were so unfortunate to go back to school for their HND,due to some inevitable challenges of life. And many with their certificates,and vast experience have been denied of a better job opportunities that could give them a better life,just because they are above 30!!

I am a victim of this situation, after I obtained my OND from one of the prestigious polytechnics in the east,and did my one year IT in the west with NEPA.I have not been able to go back to school for my HND program.My sponsor was retrenched from work,with a hopeless situation of ever get his pension,its over 15yrs now..Since then i have not been able to get a good job,that i could save and go back to school on a full time study.I would have preferred a part-time, but am an engineering student (elect/elect)..unfortunately there is no part-time for engineering students...many of the government job opportunities that I have had the prerequisites, age became the barrier.am above 30!!..

Since then life has become miserable to me. Every day series of questions run through my mind..with this kind of criteria stipulated by our labour market, will I ever get an opportunity for an employment in the government or any reputable private organization (like Sabmiller) I don't know what to do anymore.. I need a help..I need a job..(08037232401)that's my number incase there's a good Samaritan in the house..one love
