Some of your points are not valid, hasty generalisation.

1: Being nice on first dates doesn't necessarily imply he wants sex. Both parties turn nice to one another.

2: Did you expect someone expecting a visitor to leave his room dirty?, i guess no cos i would do same if in his shoes.

3: By right his friends are meant to give the both of you space, any reasonable friend would leave. It doesn't mean he wants to bed you.
