...the house does not need the senate to impeach...as talibantrump has already admitted publicly to the offence...as it is a crime for a sitting president to seek the assistance of a foreign government to investigate his political opponent (in this case joe biden)...however nobody is even certain that joe biden will be the democrats presidential nominee...
