@Infinitikoncept, good talk. To add to it,relationship matters in every business transaction. You can't expect perfection from an imperfect man. This guys are not the airline company neither staffs of the NCS, so anything can happen.

Though they also have a part to play in delivering goods within reasonable period. If they say their Normal is 7days and the goods are ready for pick up not later than 10days of shipment,that is still justifiable.

@all , I am a highly sorry for not being too available on this thread in recent times. It was due to the little large order the group took up and it needed perfect concentration and monitoring so as not to order amidst.

The solution I had to them wasting my call credit when put on hold is to visit any GTB banking hall, not to see the CustoCare, but to use their internet phone which they usually place on the counter for any customer to call the head office Custocare agent.

Cheaper and well, you will have the chance of being listened to in detail cos they are aware the call is made from their own network. Note that the downside of this is longer waiting time on hold before you are patched thru to an agent. This is cos other customers who call with their personal phones and call credits are apparently considered first and patched thru before those that use GTB internet phone - average of 7 minutes vs 15 minutes respectively.

I as a farmer and on a personal level will still say 'compounding' because I compound my feed myself. The basic thing is knowing what percentage of crude protein and other nutrients your birds need and getting it for them at the recommended ratio.

I made some cumulative transaction today to the tune of RMB 2,146.52 and couldn't go further . My card was declined,I dialed GTB card-connect line and after 18 minutes 48 seconds someone picked up introduced herself and asked if she could help me. I narrated my ordeal,she asked for some information and asked me to wait while I sat enjoying the background advertisement rhythm. After additional 5 minutes,the call was put off. I re-dialed and after same process of waiting ,someone picked again and the key thing I heard was that they were all busy.

Like the usual me,hustler no dey carry last. I re-dialed and this time around after the normal waste of minutes of call,a lady picked up,I re-narrated my ordeal she asked the same question and still told me to wait. I kept waiting and enjoying the background music as usual but after 12 minutes 34 seconds,the lady re-surfaced and said the reason why my transaction couldn't go through was that I have reached the daily limit. I asked what the limit was and she said $1000 or the equivalent in any currency. I told her I have done just 3 transactions today and the total amount is less than $500 but before I could say any further word,she put off the call also.

My question is when will these Yoruba and French graduate leave the banking world for those that did Banking and Finance,Financial Management and some other banking related courses?

I am sorry my dear followers, Its not that I forgot this thread exists or I forgot about you. My absence here has been due to loads of work in the PLAN B group coupled with personal offline business. The end of October is my business year-end and I use the remaining 2 months in the year researching and reviewing different Plan B source of Income to embark upon for the new year.
