I agree the election is a shambles and should not be standing, but these people vacate the office when they are sacked and appeal immediately. Unfortunately, the court, which should have struck it out, validated the election and made it legal. In this case, I won't blame the chairmen or any party but the court of appeal, and we cannot do anything about it other than Adeleke should also obey the court order. I have seen comments of people who do not understand the case, here is what happened.

Governor Fubara had withdrawn the case yesterday against Martins Amewhule and others, by this withdrawal, it shows that the appeal court judgement that Amaewhule is the authentic speaker still stands and Fubara was fined N2m.
You may want to ask why the governor withdraw the case? Ofcos everyone who has followed the case knows why but I won't talk on that.
Now there is another case in federal high court in Rivers state following the defection of the speakers, Supreme court has nothing to do with this case, cos the case today was about authentic speaker and not defection.
So in the coming days, expect the federal court to sack Amaewhule and his friends, and if this judgement happens, it automatically means the supreme court ruling will not be obeyed.
