It is no longer news that Tecno would be releasing the Phantom 6 Plus Upgrade to the latest Android Nougat (N) version in August!!!

Well, August is here and come August 4th, the OTA upgrade would be released...

Also, I would be updating this thread on how to upgrade with the SD Card.

So, stay tuned guys and anticipate the big moment.

No matter the number of their devices shipped to Africa or even Nigeria, it will always sell. Don't know why Tecno mobile is just giving Nigeria 200 units.

I didn't think the plan with this Limited Edition is to sell millions, the regular CX is already massively popular and is still selling like hotcakes.

Exactly.. Check user review of some big phones on Gmsarena, some people will complain while some will praise the phone. This sort of thing is not peculiar to Tecno phones alone.

Your head is there. Even the Samsung Galaxy S8+ get tons of negative feedbacks​ on gsmarena. If na by that one a lot of people no go buy phone at all.

The UI too looks genuine. I still insist, if what he's experiencing with his phone is true I believe it's an isolated case and doesn't reflect the true quality of L9plus.

Seriously it's very hard to tell. Based off the pictures it looks like an original. His could be an isolated case, cos I definitely haven't even any of the problems.

I have actually used the L9plus, and it's hands down the most impressive I've used in the Battery department. Haven't experienced any of the problems u listed tho. Yours could be a one off case or Maybe you're overly critical. Use it over time and maybe your views would have changed by then

Alright, so my original response was wrong. They actually sell their products in Asia. And also, you do not have to dominate to be global. You just need to have a presence.
