Shariah is not a parallel system..it is a regional legal system for Muslims recognized by constitution as long as it respects fundamental human rights..

Our lawyers do challenge it especially when there is violation of human rights....or when it contradicts the constitutional right..( GOING ABOVE. THE FEDERAL LAW)

States can also make law..but must not contradict the constitutional right... but it must.be under the.national law)
