Topman7:My guy , chill, Nobody is saying nigeria is dull.. Having a Nuclear reactor doesn't mean we are building a nuclear weapon even university use reactors for research and medicine.. If you read instead of rant, you would know ABU is under IAEA supervision and strictly for peaceful Studies. Knowledge is power not aggression... . |
Who even accused them of building nuclear weapon in the first place?.. ![]() Nuclear weapon ke? The only Explosion l know in ABU is when exam results drop and carry overs rise like smoke.... Whoever cooked that story needs a refund from their imagination supplier.. ![]() |
Is tinubu the first nigeria president to sack Nigeria's service chiefs during his tenure? If the answer is No ...it means...it is normal Then, if it is normal ..it means..it isn't a sign of panic every president wants Military leaders who align with their vision and command style. |
FarahAideed:How does that statement made by Arewa lukura..give an igbo man bad rep by all means..? Bro, l no understand dis ur English.. ![]() When someone says "igbo patriarchy is real"....it means Even though women manage home's money . But in lgbo culture, men still have the ultimate power.. ( decision and authority)... |
SmartPolician:Bro, don't get it twisted, it is part of our culture now.. Where men earn and women run the finances..From foods to school fees and bill. Most men trust their wives because they believe women are better at managing money.. But sometimes, this causes arguments when priorities clash.. |
Everyone cannot see things in the same way.. But, if foreigners say Nigeria has improved....it means some progress is happening, change takes time....... rebuilding Country isn't instant. |
anonimi:True talk, some people in power before helped crash the system.. But if we keep dragging the history, we will miss the future... |
This is a sign that the economy is finally responding to reforms.. ![]() And, if you say the growth still feels slow on the street. you are right...., But remember , rebuilding an economy takes times.. Slow progress is still progresss..stay patient |
What kind of dick would she want to sculpt from clay....long or short.. ![]() |
Brendaniel:True----No one should glorify the slave trade.. But history isn't black and white. many figures we call "heroes" today had both good and bad sides. What is remembered is how their actions later shaped society, Lagos doesn't celebrate slavery, it celebrates transformation and resilience |
when will sowore too stop turning people's frustration into political fuel for himself ? Every time, Sowore gains public attention, legal trouble follows soon after. ![]() |
When will Sowore stop turning people frustration into Political fuels for himself? |
thisisit:History isn't an insult competition. Yes, slave trade happened----across many coasts, not just lagos. the same badagry later became a center for freedom and education. Lagos rose from pain to power, and that is strength, not shame |
History is clear now.. thanks to the op, Lagos was founded by the yoruba people long before Nigeria existed. but let us be honest.. its modern growth came from the efforts of everyone who settled, worked and invested there. Yoruba built the roots, Nigerians built the city. Lagos is both heritage and home. |
It is madness, for anyone to say he owns the media and the truth.. ![]() No one owns the media or the truth..both belong to the people.. Apart from that, the igbos themself intentionally use tribal sentiment to push agendas which fuels more division.. |
Mrfixitt:No one's afraid of anyone. justice doesn't wear tribal color, if it is legal, it is legal---- It is about obeying lagos laws, Anyone who breaks them, no matter the tribe, can face the same charge. |
LagosOrigin:Kwara didnt "fall'' into anyone's hands. It has always been a culture mix---Yoruba , Baruba, Fulani and Nupe people have lived together there for centuries. it is not conquest, it is coexistence. those calling it "a lost yoruba Land" forget that history is not black and white. Kwara is the living proof that Nigeria's unit was build long before politics started to divide us |
Joining the protest was morally understandable..but professionally wrong.. It mixes activism with advocacy..Doing so...can be seen as trying to pressure the judiciary through public sentiment |
LegendHero:Sowore Is just using Kanu's name to stay relevant.. Every national issue becomes his campaign stage.. |
His remark is a show of defiance.. It is a political move to tell the world that you can bomb our sites..but not our knowledge or resolve... |
Yes, the crowd is genuine, but sowore's motive isn't.. He is trying to turn the people frustration into political fuel for himself... ![]() |
The blood stained cloth Is an important claim and should be exmined professionally but it alone cannot determine guilt. It is just one piece of the puzzle not the full Picture. |
Think of it like this....you wouldn't spend all your salary at once, knowing next month's bill are coming... Meaning that Dangote is protecting sustainable and long term output. |
Sowore Is right that protest power keeps the military away.. But It's also truth that tinubu political control and experience have helped maintain that fragile balance.. He knows when to bend and when to stand straight |
If the video is real ..it reminds us that wealth cannot buy peace and luxury doesn't guarantee happiness.. It is fine to value Financial stability...But it should come with mutual respect... In some circle...Once you toast them.. you become a project manager.. She will bring budget and invoice together..As if You have started enrolling In a full time problem solving -course.. |
bdon123: thanks |
Goodlady:True talk...behind every rumuor there might be truth..but not every smoke means a house is burning. If there is really issue within the military, it should be handled with due process not speculation. Nigeria has suffered enough from ethnic suspicion... We cannot afford another national fire ,just because of unverified claims.. |
nairalanda1:Good point....During shagari's time there were coup rumours that only became public when arrests were made. But we must remember times have changed.. Not every military arrest today means there is a coup in motion.. at least, you must have heard of several military officers being arrested in connection with the fight againt boko haram. Let us separate Verified facts from speculation before we draw conclusions.. |
