Chief! They're referring to government owned agencies here and not private, if it's private there are places even better than the IOCs you also mentioned, the list is endless, check the name of the thread, it's says federal government agencies, ministries, department etc..

I saw your question regarding 'dates and time' I deliberately ignored coz I don't know what to tell you as I don't know, but nonetheless, if your connect is asking you for dates and time probably your connection also needs connection, ONE thing we need to know, getting into agencies like MoFI, NSIA, NUPRC, NFIU are strictly and exclusively from the PRESIDENCY except for extremely rare cases of if your connect is the head of the said agencies, Most especially these ones I mentioned, So even getting info about them is almost impossible unless you have a family member in there, or know someone that just got, even the staffs don't know what's happening most atimes, the highest they'll say sometimes if you're close to them is "I'm seeing new faces". This guy in question bought the NFIU and even with that the connection stems down to the presidency, he just gave a token to the chains of connection, Sometimes one don't want to share info about such agencies coz it's almost useless to most of us here but you never can tell

There is nothing in NELFUND except you want to steal. The money there is a loan to students, it is not a free gift. The salary there is normal salary. Unlike TETFUND where the money is grants anyone can take a bite from it even staff.
There is no money in Ministry of finance except you want to steal. Ministries don’t pay much like agencies. For example, NPA and Nimasa pays much more than the mother ministry of transportation.
NDIC packages aside salary is top notch, one of the best. NCC is not up to NDIC.
