The first time i sent to them there was some information that i missed , like i did not tick (US Citizienchip no) so they send me an email and that was the first time ,, the second time i filled all the information including I am resident for tax purposes in the following countries outside Germany and i wrote libya and they sent me
"Dear Sirs, 
thank you for sending us your account opening documents. 
We regret your account cannot be opened because the documents are not completly filled. You have made no information to 
U.S. citizenship country of birth USA Country of tax residence .

A statement to the points "U.S. citizenship" and "country of birth USA" and "tax residence" is mandatory. 

Please send us the documents again completely filled and signed in all spaces with the description "Signature of account holder" and "Acknowledgement of receipt by the depositor".  A confirmation from the German Embassy is not necessary. "

Like i told you before that i am sure that your answer is the right one , because before they add this part about the tax it is something known that you will have a resident in germany but because they opened another branches outside germany so they have to make sure about it,, so if you applied or you want to apply for german student visa you have to tick on german only .

... now i sent an email and i left the tax information empty that will reach to them after 9 days from now ,,, and i will send another mail after 7 days from now and i will tick on german only ,, so once the resend me about the first mail they will recive my second one,, because of the time ..

Like i said it takes 6 days after they recived the mail. please if you recived email from them , resend me , and i would be gratefull for that .

No , I think that resident for tax purposes in Germany only is the right answer , becasue i ticked I am resident for tax purposes in the following Countries outside Germany and i wrote libya and they send me the same message .

There are two possible right answers ,, leave them empty or tick i am resident for tax purposes in Germany only .

I have sent them 2 mails , it takes 6 days including holidays to resend to you .

and i am sure that your answer is the right one ,, keep us in contatct , thank you for repley. and please resend me once they resend you email .

The bank hasn't contacted me since then. I however have a feeling that ticking the 'I am resident for tax purposes in Germany only' is the wrong answer. I think we are supposed to tick ' I am resident for tax purposes in the following Countries outside Germany',choose Nigeria or which ever country u reside and include your tax ID number. If you don't have one, give reasons why.

I found this online, might be helpful. Waiting for the bank to contact me so i can send my form again with the correct tax info.
