thank you, in this case don't look at it as if am judgmental, most Christians eat pork,which we Muslim were forbid to do so,since we are not allowed to consume such,we are restricted to certain things which Christians are not,so that gives assurance and evidence being the fact that it was also written in Arabic which is Muslim official language that the product is not made of pork or anything we are restricted to consume.

in Islam,there are something's we are not allowed to consume,and official language for Islam is Arabic,that's why it's written in Arabic to enhance interest of Muslims and to be rest assured that the product is permissible in Islam

not a symbol per say, it's an Arabic words that means it is consumable.
