How to link phone number/Sim card with NIN(MTN,Air tel,Glo and 9mobile)-Deadline extended.

The deadline for connecting/registering NIN with phone number for all network subscribers which was initially 30th of December,2020 has been Changed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

This change was made after the NCC have been condemned by Nigerians and several other bodies,complaining that the deadline was too close and that it is impossible for the directive issued to be carried within the short period of time,which was 2 weeks(from 16th of December to 30th of December).

The new Deadline for linking of NIN to phone Number are:

For subscribers with NIN: Deadline extended to 3 weeks(from 30th of December to 19th of january,2021)

For subscribers without NIN: Deadline extended to 6 weeks(from 30th of December to 9th of February 2021)
