MTN Nigeria and CNSSL lack integrity... Engr GBENGA ADEBAYO should pay his disengage staff their entitlement (sept salary, pension for almost a year, tax clearance, leave bonus) and he shouldn't compel or force to sign an exist clearance form when he has not complied with offer of employment.
This is d death warrant he (engr gbenga adebayo want his lay off staff to sign.... d so called ISONBPO are looking for cheap labor, thy didn't value our education, thy told those thy employ dat d job is for secondary student back in India and I keep asking mysef why didn't thy employ d India secondary student to d job
more so MTN are big lies, thy made it clear last year when ISONBPO were to take over their call centre dat no single staff will b sack from MTNNigeria (big family) that there would be a seemless transition bw CNSSL (own by ENGR GBENGA ADEBAYO who refuse to pay his staff their entitlement up to date i.e salary, pension for almost a year has nt been remittance, pay off, tax clearance and leave allowance) ISONBPO which didn't happen.
Both CNSSL and MTNNigeria lack integrity.

MTN Nigeria has sacked over 1000 Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) attending to High Value Customers in Lagos, Kano, Ilorin and Kaduna call centres.

The vendor in charge of the call centres, Communication Network Support Services Limited Contact Centre (CNSSLCCL) served affected agents termination of appointment letter last week.

A letter dated August 24, 2016 signed Group Head, Human Resources, Olumuyiwa Ogunjuwon by directed agents to submit all company work tools and properties in their possession by 1st October, 2016.

It would be recalled that MTN Nigeria withdrew outsourcing contract of bottom 80 customers from CNSSL Contact Centre Limited in 2015 and gave it to ISON BPO, while the company retain management of top 20 HVC Customer Care Agents.

Some of the agents in chat with our correspondent described the development as sadden, adding that MTN failed to fulfill their promises.

They said MTN is just making profit in Nigeria without pay necessary dues and benefits to staff in the name of oursourcing.
“In a mail sent by the ex CEO of MTN Nigeria, Mr. Michael Ikpoki dated 20th May 2015, bothering on the subject matter of “Change of Outsourcing Arrangements for MTN Call Centres”, Mr. Michael made us all understand that we are all “part of the larger MTN family”, even though we are not direct MTN employees.

He further stated and promised that MTN “will ensure that all concerned are well informed and that all parties work towards a transition that smooth and seamless”. They added.
Affected agents however urged federal government and other stakeholders including NLC to intervene.
