As our people say, "there are many ways to catch a monkey." Utilize official and business trips for rest. Schedule a personal retreat. Decline extra tasks that can be delegated. Cut off toxic associates and associations. By all means, periodically take time off. Everyone will be fine without you!

We all know those who will oppose the proposal. Full time dullards who spend the entire time globetrotting while collecting full time salary and allowances for virtually doing nothing!

I take a break from work, church and family for a few weeks or days. I go somewhere quiet and sleep off everything. I also make time to pray and rejuvenate my spirit before and return to normal life. Quality rest is non-negotiable if you must succeed as a man.
