Just read your diary. Is it not possible for you to take your assessment well ahead of time? say a week before your departure date.

I know I won't be able to do it a week before because that will be in February, but I might be able to do it few days after I get back, if they can be flexible with me.

I called the director of programme, but she wasn't in her office. I've emailed her though, just playing the waiting game now.
