They had comfortable sofas places in each sections and by the dressing rooms. I saw some men seated at the women dressing rooms obviously waiting for their women and I wanted to snap them but on second thought I left them when I saw the resigned look on their faces ![]()

Busy nights since I switched to working night shifts. The downside is I noticed I've gained weight beacause I am not very active as I use to be during day shifts. God have mercy .Something has to give. And fast! On my last Doctor's appointment, she recommended that I do blood test for some medical issue I'm battling with. Test came in and I booked appointment to see her. The way this woman took her time to analyse my blood work was astonishing! She tilted the computer so I could see, and took her time to explain each detail, the set parameters for each test, if I overshoot how badly or negligible. She said my B12 was slightly over and asked if I was on vitamins supplements I said no, she asked if I ate lot of meat I was like hell yeah, she advised I slow down. So guys, if you see meat dodge am small especially owambe ones ![]() But seriously, I was flabbergasted with the amount of test done with the blood drawn. Kidney, liver, thyroid etc functions were also looked at. I try not to compare here and Nigeria but sometimes it's very HARD not to. I had done this same test at home and all the doctor told me was 'madam, you no get problem'. When I tried to ask questions, long story short, it was like I was bothering him so I just clamp my mouth. This woman took her time to answer my questions and at the end she asked if there's anything else I wanted I replied 'no o, you've done enough'. We laughed and She went on to recommend another test. Me I must squeeze the life out of the IHS surcharge I paid o. Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to health mbok! |

Yesterday we took a trip to Birmingham, just to laze around. One of the stops in Birmingham is the International airport. Many people coming in don't know they can get bus to Coventry City center from here and they'll end up taking train which is more expensive. This was our mistake too when I came in ![]()
