Nollywood actress cum filmmaker Emem Isong is back in Nigeria after being delivered of twins in the far away United States of America. The Akwa Ibom State-born movie-maker who returned to Nigeria last weekend with her bundles of joy, told Sunday Scoop she is happy to be back home.
“I am happy to be back after such a long time,” she said on the phone. When we asked when she would return to set, the mother of three said she is still on maternity leave. “I am not going back to work now; I am on maternity leave now. You know I just got back from America where I went to be delivered of my babies.”

Isong got married to a Cameroonian, Misodi Akama, in 2014 and together, they have three children. Emem had a child from a previous relationship.

“I love all challenging movies and I accept any kind of roles. If I am not comfortable with anyone, I will not accept it. I will not be involved in soft porn or any movie that involves me removing my clothes on camera. I look forward to playing the part of a cripple; I am looking forward to such a role. I would also love to be involved in a movie that would make me swim for at least an hour; probably a movie shot in the ocean. I love inspirational and uplifting roles.”
“I hardly have time for myself because I am always involved in one movie project or the other. I have to keep working because there is no time to sleep or rest anymore. I will rest when I have made enough money. I need good movies as well as the remuneration that comes with them. I will know that I have enough when my bank account can no longer contain any more money.”

Come Thursday, the 28th of July 2016, the family of late Ooni of Ife Oba Okunade Sijuwade will shut down Ile Ife for the late monarch’s one year remembrance service.
The 2-day event will kick off on Thursday at St Paul’s Church Ayegbaju Ile Ife followed by grand reception at Castle of Mercy on Ede Road in Ile Ife.
On Friday July 29, 2016, a seminar will hold at Oduduwa Hall of OAU followed by yet another reception at Motel Royal on Ede Road.
The monarch passed on to glory on the 28th of July 2015 at the age of 85.

We have often being told, and shown how the bond between twins is very strong, especially between identical twins. Apart from sharing the same birthday, some twins even go as far as dating the same man/woman, but thankfully this is not the case. These identical twins opted to marry identical twins.

Nollywood actress Bimbo Thomas who delivered her first child, a baby boy in the US few days ago has christened him.
According to the source, the adorable baby boy was named after a former Nigerian Senator.
Though the actress is yet to reply her critics, close sources claimed that ex-Senator Ajadi is likely to be the father of Bimbo Thomas’s child.
Bimbo’s son was named Tobilola Tomiwa Ajadi (Full name Oluwatobilola Irewoletomiwa Ajadi) in the US last week.
It is still uncertain if Senator Ajadi is the biological father of Bimbo’s son but for now, the words on the streets is that Bimbo used to be one of his mistresses.
Omu Aran-born Ajadi is currently based in the US.
