Codeine is sweet! Disgraceful and senseless statement from Aisha Yesufu protestpreneur and sponsored Pro Atiku anti-government campaigner

I will continue to state it that she need to be properly examine by competent medical practitioner. I didn't believe in her, what she's fighting the federal government for will soon be reveal. She have an interest and it is clear to those who are political conscious. He release a message yesterday in solidarity with Atiku Abubakar presidential ambition, i think there is much to it.

Her criticism of the VP will continue to give him more popularity. Aisha Yesufu must be subjected to brain examination in order to know if she's conscious of what she's saying.

i think Aisha is high on codeine also, shes just an opportunist, whos she b4 the BBOG campaign, now shes making people think shes an activist? SMH.. maybe she should just come out straight that fg shouldnt ban codeine because she uses it because i dont seem to understand how she knows the taste of codeine if she doesnt take it also, pitiful human being

I think she's not only on codeine but pipe too. She personally laud Osinbajo achievement last year when the president went for medical trip in United Kingdom, how come the tone of the drum changes? I think a lot is attached to her actions probably may be she was denied an appointed by the federal government. I don't believe is grievances is base on under performance by the federal government as she claimed, instead i sense politics smelling over every action she took.

Ok, in her bid to seek relevance in Nigeria, the BBOG co-convener had to make this disgusting comment. This woman is at the verge of loosing her mind, someone needs to come to her rescue, this is no longer activism, this is madness at its peak. She is just an opportunist who wants to be recognised.

If she want to launch herself in to relevance, it is advisable for her to take another step further and implore new strategy not to be antagonizing the government that have perform beyond expectation. My question is, what would be her stand if PMB eventually declare the winner of the next presidential election?

Yesufu for the codeine....... I wonder how some people in the name of trolling or calling out someone ends up shooting themselves like Aisha just did.
Must they always come out to spew and rant?? If the same Aisha if given just a month as a local government chairman I am very sure she will fumble gallantly

"An adage says you can only keep yourself out of trouble by keeping your mouth shot". Anyone who decide to talk too much like Aisha did, will lose relevance in the cause of attacking the government wrongly. Anybody who want to criticize the government should do that wisely and propound way forward to the subject he/she is criticizing govt for.

[quote author=OtunbaSpartacus post=67573705]No wonder her incessant attack on the personality of the VP so its due to her usage of this banned drug, the reason for her continuous vapid vituperation against Osinbajo has just been revealed it's due to the fact that her kill joy drug has been banned by the authorities and she's not happy with that, been wondering about her swift change in attitude to someone she commended a year ago and have just gotten an answer to that now, Nigerians shouldn't just give attention to all this accidental activist who appear like a POPE in the public but are a lethal DEVIL behind the curtains.

her subsequent anger on the presidency was triggered by what she might have swallowed. Her action is the reflection of codeine in her system. A m appealing to Nigerians on our behalf not to turn this matter to mere political debate but proper step should be taken to ensure Aisha Yesufu is place under intensive department for series medical attempt.

Fani Kayode is not getting it right here. Where and how do you come across your question? Osinbajo is the must loved among the current leaders of Nigeria. He remain gallant and ever conscious in his WILL to give Nigeria new name and positions that will make her stand among's committee of nations. My answers to your questions are as follows:Firstly, those who hate Osinbajo include you and other wolves who looted from the country treasury and therefore, inflicting the country with epidemics of corruption. After you and your political boss left office, we would have manage to be enduring the injuries sustained during the last administration but only to discovered that, you equally left behind the corrupt minded citizens whom the current administration is placing under intensive care for tretment and that is the greatest offence anybody may committed. Osinbajo was hated so much because he decided to speak the truth against most of you who have share in the $2.1Billion arms procurement deal. He was hated so much because he took a bold step in exposing the former minister of petroleum resources in person of Diezani Alinson Maduekwe and her ally, Jide Omokore and Tunde Aluko respectively for involving in what is refer to as strategic alliance contract worth $3Billion. I think you need to keep quiet

Politics / Re: Osinbajo A Bridge Builder. Not Religious Bigot by abiodunosin(m): 11:23am On May 14, 2018
[quote author=Oracle4 post=67507165]
It was the great Greek sage Aristotle that posited and I hereby paraphrase him ‘’if you want to avoid criticism then do nothing in life and be nothing’’. This is true of the place of Professor Yemi Osinbajo in today’s Nigeria, where some disgruntled individuals pummel him with criticisms based on unsubstantiated claims and allegations.

There is also the common saying that uneasy lies the head that wears the crown and so the false claim by Reno Omokri in his article in Thisday of 12th May 2018 that Professor Yemi Osinbajo has not been speaking out against the killing of Christians in Nigeria, runs contrary to the truth and the clear headed measures which the Buhari/ Osinbajo administration has been taken to stop further killings.

For the avoidance of doubt, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has always spoken against the killings in the country notwithstanding the religion or ethnicity of the victims. The loss of any life through the mindless killings by Boko Haram, cattle rustlers or armed bandits is always a source of concern to him and President Muhammadu Buhari, and he has on several occasions and at different fora condemned such killings and disclosed the measures being taken to forestall more attacks.

It is indeed regrettable that some armchair critics will not engage in seeking for the true position of things, but rather are quick to draw conclusions about leaders and go to town with fake news.

While the orgy of killings in Nigeria is regrettable and condemnable, at the same time there is need to laud the federal government for the efforts they have been making to put an immediate stop to the senseless killings. For instance, the vice president had informed the nation about how the ‘’President and security council was reengineering the security architecture in order to meet the challenges of the mindless killings in some parts of the country, including the threats of marauding herdsmen, cattle rustlers and armed bandits.’’

Let me also quote the vice president in one of his speeches regarding the killings: ‘” While the security agencies continue to work relentlessly to hunt down the perpetrators of these evil acts and to bring a permanent end to all of the killings going on in the name of Boko Haram, or in any other name, we as a body of Christ must not lose focus.’’ This portion of his speech is a clear testimony that contrary to the views expressed by Reno Omokri in his article in Thisday that Professor Yemi Osinbajo has been speaking against the killings.

As painful as the killing may be, we must realise that the vice president was elected to serve all Nigerians and not people of any particular faith. Again we must bear in mind that Nigeria is a secular state and the vice president swore an oath to be fair to all manner of persons irrespective of their religious beliefs or ethnic affinity.

Similarly in a speech he delivered at the inauguration of the Deeper Life Bible Church Headquarters Building in Gbagada Lagos state on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 the vice president said: ‘’Anyone who has seen the viciousness of the killings, and the wantonness of the damage of property, is bound to be stupefied by the horror. I was in Dong village in Adamawa, where herdsmen had attacked the village and killed many. But the vicious killing of Fulani women and children in the same local government in Adamawa state is worthy of mention.’’

The vice president had also in response to the question of what the federal government had done to check the incessant killings explained that detachments of police mobile force , army, air force and other security outfits have been deployed to the restive areas in Adamawa, Benue, Taraba and Zamfara states. The command and control structure of the Army formations and units in Benue and contiguous states have also been reorganised to cope with the emerging challenges.

From the foregoing it is crystal clear that the vice president ‘’did not go to sleep while Rome burnt’’, rather he has been playing a very active part in finding lasting solutions to the killings. He has not shirked in his responsibilities to the Nigerian Christians or Nigerians of other faith. As a leader he has always remained committed and focussed to ensuring the safety of all Nigerians wherever they live and in doing this he has received tremendous support of the President.

He has also been a bridge between Christians and Muslims; Niger Delta agitators and the federal government; North and South and government and the people. So there is no basis to accuse him of neglecting or abandoning any section of the country as his major concern is the happiness of all Nigerians and the development of the country. His altruism is legendary and patriotism is unequivocal.

On the accusation of the vice president always defending President Muhammadu Buhari, it is important to remember that they won the election on a joint ticket and it will amount to a disservice for any right-thinking person to expect Professor Osinbajo to be vacillating in his faith about their commitment to solving the myriad of problems confronting Nigeria. By standing solidly behind President Buhari, the loyalty and relationship will affect Nigerians positively and the benefits are innumerable.

From his antecedents, Professor Yemi Osinbajo is playing the role of a bridge builder and this is required in a heterogeneous society like Nigeria.

Whatever mindset anybody have against Buhari/Osinbajo ticket is irrelevant as soon as they are doing the right things. Just of recent when i read views of Nigerians concerning Professor Yemi Osinbajo both the bad and good the views, i tried to read in-between the line in order to draw my own point from their views and make conclusion on whom the man was. As if that was not enough, i forge ahead to make research about his person and i discovered that his life had experienced tremendously grace of God, academics excellence and success. A distinguished senior advocate of Nigeria, Professor and senior pastor in The Redeemed Christian Church Of God. What are the views of the masses about him? There is no doubt that Osinbajo remain the best man to have occupied the office of the Vice President of the federal republic of Nigeria through the roles his playing to restore the economy of the country, establishment of national social intervention programme design to meet the needs of the youths, women, children and the vulnerables. His support for President Muhammadu buhari in the area of anti-corruption crusade cannot be over emphasized but to some, they believe he has not done enough and thereby refer to him as a fake pastor and this is exactly where i want to leverage on. Pastoral work is a thing of the spirit that should not be confused with politics. If anybody want to question Professor Osinbajo calling, i think it is advisable for such persons to go to the church and his position as the Vice President should be totally regarded as political platform to engage him on any issues. The two should not be confused.......I think the man have distinguished himself to justify the two.

If the Christian are condemning Professor Osinbajo for not speaking for the Christian then what should the Muslims do? we should not be bias in our thought , the responsibility of any government in the world is to protect her citizen precluding religion or tribal interest.......Reno omokri should stop misinforming the public and find another way to project himself and the assignment given to him by his political Godfathers
