I just bought the condenser not even up to 3 weeks, more over how much is the price of a good condenser and compressor

Good afternoon my colleagues, I have a Toyota camry that I just repaired the ac, but what I noticed is that the ac blows hot air while in a traffic, but blows little cold while moving.. pls what might be the cause? or what is the best. solution I can do because I have been duped so many times

Don't mind them. Lagos has huge IGR and if you're a serious somebody as governor, you will always perform. Lagos has that advantage. Jimi Agbaje should hire some of us that are ready to work for him for free. I have some blueprint that can be a game changer in Lagos.
