15 Most Advanced High Tech Cities in the Modern World

What comes first in your mind whenever you hear about “high-tech city”? Do you relate it by the state of the art technology or in more common saying downloading anything in lightning fast speed? Yes, it revolves pretty much around that, it is hard to explain in a few lines, it’s really a broad concept. But out of all, we can surely say that all of you want to live in a place where you can access every new digital trend, isn’t it, but all places don’t share the same level of technology. It is almost impossible to put all of them in an order, if not all, at least some of them. Anyway, below is the enhanced list of some of the high tech cities around the world where every gadget lover wants to live in.
15. Bangalore (India)
Bangalore city is also known as the “Silicon Valley” of India due to a large number of successful foreign and national IT companies located in the city. With over $7.8 billion net district income in the year 2006-07, it is one of the major economic and technical hub of India.
Over 33% of the total revenue of IT exports of India are generated by this city. Most of the city is covered by free Wi-Fi network. In the terms of transport, the Kempegowda International Airport serves the third largest traffic just after Delhi and Mumbai. The city is still behind in the list of top cities in terms of technology and infrastructure due to some social problems.
14. Dubai (U.A.E)
Dubai has emerged as a global and major business hub of the middle east. DIC (Dubai Internet City) is an information technology park developed by the government as FEZ and a strategic base for companies targeting rapid development of regional markets.
The DIC allow companies to let free themselves from major taxation and custom related problems. Dubai Internet City, combined with Dubai Media City both as part of TECOM (Dubai Technology, Electronic Commerce and Media Free Zone Authority) is a home for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, EMC Corporation, Oracle Corporation, media organizations such as MBC, CNN, BBC, Reuters.

Berlin is known as a major world capital due to its leadership roles in major modern industries. Naval, aeronautic, and mechanical engineers played a powerful part in the military buildup of Japan in the early and mid-twentieth century. They belonged to a militaristic regime and embraced the importance of their role in it. Takashi Nishiyama examines the impact of war and peace on technological transformation during the twentieth century. He is the first to study the paradoxical and transformative power of Japan’s defeat in World War II through the lens of engineering.
Nishiyama asks: How did authorities select and prepare young men to be engineers? How did Japan develop curricula adequate to the task (and from whom did the country borrow)? Under what conditions? What did the engineers think of the planes they built to support Kamikaze suicide missions? But his study ultimately concerns the remarkable transition these trained engineers made after total defeat in 1945. How could the engineers of war machines so quickly turn to peaceful construction projects such as designing the equipment necessary to manufacture consumer products? Most important, they developed new high-speed rail services, including the Shinkansen Bullet Train. What does this change tell us not only about Japan at war and then in peacetime but also about the malleability of engineering cultures?

One of the 12 Olympian Gods was a mechanic engineer!
But let's take things from the beginning.
Hephaestus was son of Zeus and Hera. When he was born he was so small and weak that his mother took such a shock that she never wanted to see him again. She threw him away from Olympus (the mountain the Gods lived on), but Hephaestus was lucky! He fell into the sea where Thetis and Eurynome found him. They took him to an underwater cave and took good care of him until he became an persons . There, in the underwater cave, Hephaestus created his first laboratory and was making many gold things and jewellery for the women that had saved him.
As a revenge on his mother Hera, he made a golden throne and sent it to her. When Hera sat on it, automatically chains tied her on it! Hephaestus didn't even for a moment considers to release her. Then Dionysus went to him and after getting him drunk convinced him to release his mother, the Goddess of the sky.
Nine years later, Hercules noticed a beautiful jewel that Thetis had and forced her to tell him where she had found it. She told the truth and this impressed the Gods so much that Hephaestus was brought to Olympus and became acceptable by the other Gods. There he got a beautiful laboratory with twenty furnaces burning day and night and had the Goddess of beauty Venus to be his wife!
After a fight with his father Zeus he was thrown again from Olympus to the island of Lemnos. This time he was not so lucky and he got both his legs broken. Since then he was using golden crouches to walk.
