Jobs/VacanciesRe: English Test At The US Consulate by abokoku(f): 8:32am On Mar 03, 2021
I want to state here that US embassy job is a scam and is being gotten on nepotism and favoritism. I travelled all the way on Invitation for English language test. I passed the English Language Test. I did the Driving Test. Up till now, I've not been called. Information reached me that someone who failed English language test was called for the job. How many people on nairaland testified on getting the job with US embassy. Black Nigerian guys have spoiled the place with Nigeria mentality.

How will you be asking about recruitment from NCDMB after writing the 1st stage of the test answering their 1st 20 question : Probably the guy thought NCDMB is Microfinance Bank.

Best Analysis: 2 email sent for the 30th January Test, the earlier one states 10-12 midnight, the last one state Just 10am. Everyone who wrote at 10am never got 75% (prove me wrong showing your score at 10:45am), their scores range from 20-60%. But Guys who wrote from afternoon till midnight got 60-90%. The selection will be balanced from both end. When the interview mail begins to fly, everyone will understand better.
quote author=Iszybosco post=99311134]I have explained this before. They used percentile. I don’t know the range of time used but let me give you an instance. If a candidate starts his exam at 9am and scores 40% if most people who wrote the exam within that period scored lower, he would have a high percentile and has a better chance than someone who wrote at 4pm, scored 60% while a lot of people within is time frame scored higher. The test was staggered, that was the only reasonable way to do it. From their graph it would have been very obvious the scores started to increase as time went on. If you had a low score and started late you chances are very slim but if you took yours early and scored low. Maybe just maybe you could get lucky with the other factors they would need to consider. Read up on percentile and how international standardized tests like GRE work. I hope I was able to make a point. Regards.[/quote]
