According to the the ex militant he said that he had repoorted this issue to the nsa,sss director,upu president,the king of ughelli,ewu,the cp of delta state,his brother,his motheer and other agencies of securities.
He said the senator have used him to work since 2007 but has refused to pay him and has urge the nigerians that anywhere he sees him he his going to embarass him and holds him till. He is ready to pays him the money undermining the security with him.

senator pius ewerido have accepted to settle with ex militant and his boys who worked for him,it was also noted that the ex militant and his boys visited the ewu kingdom under ughelli south to voice out thier complain.
The king of ewu pleaded with gen israel and said that 'the senator ought to pay gen israel and his boys,it was also taken note that senator pius ewerido have promised to visit the juju by 10am 1st april 2012,on the other hand the ex militant said only what he wants his peace in delta state and the senator should pay him his money.

As at early in the morning on Thursday some 300 troops of soldiers invaded the gbaregolor community under ughelli south,the troops of sodier destroyed the community town hall and even went as far as destroying the house of one of the settlers by name MR bank zibighar.


The troops of soldiers went s far as entering into the shrine of the community which is an abomination for a stranger to go into the shrine and destroyed the town juju by name called uti from all indications the settlers are yet to find why the C.O ordered the 222 battalions of soildier.

According to a prominent settler GEN. ISRAEL AKPODORO the ex militant national vice chairman phase 2 amnesty was also shocked when the incident occurred because he believe that the community has already embraced amnesty and any illegal duties cannot be seen in the community, according to General Israel Akpodoro, he said he is working with the J.t.f squad the S.S.S  and some other forces and as an ex-militant general, his duty is to let peace reign in the state.

Right now, the elders in the community are angry with such actions taken by the government in destroying their community, Mr. Lagos Aruemu has consulted the god's of the land which is UTI and the god's is angry for a stranger to enter into the shrine and destroy everywhere, the god's have given the youth of the land sixteen days (16) ultimatum to come and appease the god's or else the youth of the community would all be a victim of circumstance.

So right now, the community elders want to know why the C.O gave such order in destroying their community and if the community is not satisfied by his explanations the community would sue the C.O to the federal high court.
