Yes it went well...The Panel made sure you are cool and relax and give you time to think and respond to questions ask

Questions largely based on your previous work experience on, precisely how you manage situation, people and few position related questions

For me, as long as you are able to mention real life instances of how you manage situation, they're ok

Perhaps, you shouldn't expect an interview for a position that requires 10 years work experience like SS and that that requires only 3 years work experience like BA to be the same. More so, remember, the different positions were interviewed by different panel members, each with backgrounds and job roles related to the respective advertised positions, except the HR reps.

So, you cannot use what transpired between you and the panel members to judge what happened with the other panels.

Between today and whenever you choose for your interview better search yourself and eject whatever needs ejecting (whether it’s ITK or plain folly or stupidity or pride). So, I met one NDLEA staff today on my way to work. My office is just a stone trow away from their HQ at Port Harcourt crescent, area 11. I was just passing on my own and he was smiling at me(him see fine girl na) lol. So I was like Oga, good afternoon o, when are you guys going to publish the list? And then he asked which cadre? I said senior cadre and then he said till next week o. And then he said hope you have someone at the top? And I said no sir, but I have God. He laughed and said I should go and pray hard.

Did you care to find out the rank and the deployment of your NDLEA crush? I am only asking because it's possible for one to be in an organization without knowing what is happening in the Human Resources Department. Secondly, the top management handling the recruitment may be careful in the extent of information they avail to non-management staff or rank and fille officers.

I am confident the list will come out today or shortly after midnight.
