Hi there, I'm currently conducting a research study on organised violence and crime in the Federal Capital Territory. Your contributions would help create victim-focused insights into the challenges and also assist policymakers in reaching a broader spectrum of solutions to curb these menaces. Attached is the link to the questionnaire survey; https://ee-eu.kobotoolbox.org/x/kK68ONLs |

In recent years, social media has proven to be an effective tool in electioneering campaigns in Nigeria. Nigeria's political climate is gradually changing, with social media-fueled political revolutions having significant ramifications on election days. I believe this is only the beginning. Youth must be empowered. This is a list of the most recent social media fueled political revolutions. 1. Edo no be Lagos 2. Ó Tó Ge 3. Imóle Lókan This is just the beginning |
ANSARU will evolve into one of the deadliest terrorist groups in Nigeria and Africa over the next three to four years. Boko Haram would be a piece of cake. While they share some ideologies with Boko Haram, such as resentment of western education, desire for an Islamic state, and rebellion against the government, among other heinous philosophical talking points. It should be noted that this group strategic pattern is excellent. What makes their bride entrance strategy so unique? It is no longer news that certain communities in Northern Nigeria have been at the mercy of terrorists and, more recently, "bandits"; this ostensibly new terrorist group, "ANSARU," has steadfastly repelled bandits attacks on affected communities, thus "earning" the trust, love, and companionship of the locals, resulting in "messianic" following which they then turn into preaching government rebellion messages, widespread violence against political office holders, the concept of democracy, and, to a greater extent, sharing social incentives to the local affected by banditry while figuratively flashing through their faces that "GOVERNMENT HAS FAILED YOU!" What will be the outcome of this? Expect widespread violence against democratic institutions, schools, government buildings, and, to a lesser extent, political office holders; this time, not by terrorists, but by THE PEOPLE! Yes, the people who have been "zombied" into state enemies in a psychological warfare, revolution-like "war" against a government that has failed them and will continue to fail them. As a matter of urgency, the Federal Government must put adequate safeguards in place to keep Nigerians safe. A candidate capable of putting an end to banditry and terrorism in Nigeria must be rallied and supported. The election season has returned; VOTE WISELY. Shalom. |

The just concluded Ekiti gubernatorial election is a general reflection of what the 2023 presidential election would look like. The winner of the 2023 election would be the candidate that SPENDS most! Forget the social media "woke" The "real" voters are old women and men in the villages who are largely, mostly unfortunately very vulnerable because of abject poverty! Poverty is a weapon and the politicians know this. I hope the youths can change this narrative. People getting their PVCs doesn't necessarily mean they will vote. IT WILL BE A CLASH OF MONEY BETWEEN ATIKU & TINUBU. Shalom |
Y'all remember the 2015 tsunami when every Tom and Harry were preaching and pushing Baba Buhari across Social Media Celebrities held concerts and giveaways in the ploy to push the Sai Baba messianic fantasy. The same narrative seems to be trending again with the Peter Obi utopian Nigerian dream. I'm not driving a negative picture about the Peter Obi candidacy. But VOTE YOUR CHOICE, DON'T FOLLOW THE OPINIONS OF THESE CELEBRITIES!!!! The antecedents of these politicians is there for you to draw up your choice. Follow up debates, interviews, personal philosophies and opinions of the politicians to make your choice. As 2pac said, "politicians are hypocrites, they don't wanna listen... " Nevertheless, GET YOUR PVC! Shalom. |
Since Goodluck Jonathan lost reelection in 2015, alot has happened in the Nigeria political space and surprisedly the thoughts of this man always makes me laugh lol Dude has gone completely silent and outrightly totally irrelevant politically in the real scheme of things Is this a Stateman gesture or irrelevancy?

Gambling in Nigeria is becoming a pandemic which affect the larger fraction of the country's population - the youth. The deadly habit starts casually with "na just small money I lose" but overtime it slowly becomes an addiction in the quest of making back the losses. I know a guy who had a bubbling provision store with branches but everything went into oblivion due to lack of capital few months of his indulgence in bet9ja! The time is now! Together we can save our future! The odds of using N100 to win N1million is 000000000000001% |
Danat:Thank you for the indepth review |
I have been thinking about this for a while now. Do you know anybody who by chance had the opportunity of meeting their Representatives and Senators in the National Assembly who facilitated their employment quest? Especially for federal government jobs? Abi are they just there to chop money and sleep during plenary sessions? Share your experiences |
Killmaster1:Wow! Would you mind sharing your experience? I think it's time for people to start holding their Representatives in Abuja accountable |
Vincyman:Really? |

[quote author=Doxo post=111662266]Only those who don't know shit about Edo state will argue with you. Oshiomhole's name will always ring in Edo State... He's reverend in Edo North. We matched from Afashio to Iyamo when he claimed his stolen mandate. Omo !!! Some people had problems identifying their hometowns when Oshiomhole was a Governor due to massive developmental strides! Oshio Baba changed Edo state. His stubbornness and vocal power will be very essential in the Senate. Make Alimikhena go rest lol |
Straight WIN for Oshio Baba!!!! Only those who don't know jack about Edo politics will say underwise. Oshiomhole developmental strides as a Governor cannnot be quantified! From the trenches of Iyamo, Ibie, Auchi, Uzuaire, Afowa, Okpella etc Oshio Baba OWNS EDO NORTH!!!!! ETSAKO WEST BEHIND YOU ALWAYS BABA! |

Apart from man-made architectural marvels and adventurous wonders of the country's natural environment, the oil-rich United Arab Emirates, which consists of 7 Emirates such as Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah, Umm al-Quwain, and Abu Dhabi as its capital, is also rapidly progressing as one of the world's leading countries with global education standards. This is evident in the country's technological and economic advancements over time, which were engineered by its product. The United Arab Emirates has a literacy rate of 90 per cent, making it one of the best in the world education index, thanks to the government's commitment to education, with the federal government spending a whopping 25 per cent of its budget on education. International students should take advantage of the UAE's highly technical, innovative, and self-learning curriculum. The quality of universities in the UAE is among the best in the world, with a curriculum modelled after the United Arab Emirates Development Plans and an emphasis on innovation. There are numerous English programmes available at various universities in the United Arab Emirates, and learning or having a fluent understanding of Arabic is not required. The Emirate is constantly making significant efforts to improve its nationals' English fluency. Normally, UAE nationals can study for free, whereas international students must pay tuition fees, which may appear to be high, but the prospect of numerous scholarships and the ability to work part-time on a student visa makes it worthwhile. Universities in the United Arab Emirates have high global rankings, with the most prestigious being Khalifa University, and others including United Arab Emirates University, University of Sharjah, Zayed University, American University of Sharjah, American University of Dubai, Abu Dhabi University, Ajman University, and others offering Bachelors, Master's, and PhD programmes in a variety of disciplines. APPLYING FOR A STUDENT VISA AND PERMITS A student visa is required for international students to study in the UAE. However, such student visas must be sponsored by either a higher education institution or a local relative, with a one-year validity period and the option to renew annually.
