To make emulsion paint;
Titanium dioxide( the major pigment present in all paints at various quantity) is dispersed in water with a dispersant e.g genopur or calgon. After that calcium carbonate, a filler that gives volume/body to the paint is added at the rate of 15kg per drum of paint. Then the pigment or colourant is added next to get the desired colour.
