Thanks for your exhaustive explanations but I do not agree with you on the issue of the commissions payable.The buyer pays 5% of the price at which he is buying from the owner to the Estate agents who facilitated the deal. Then the Owner of the property pays 10% to the Estate agents and Lawyers.
What you have described is obtainable in leasing agreements.Outright purchase is a different ball game altogether.
