I DEDICATE THIS FTC TO EVERY EMPLOYER WHO WAS ONCE AN EMPLOYEE AND EVERY EMPLOYEE WHO HOPES TO BECOME AN EMPLOYER.

It's the Nigeria factor... Employees do also abuse their bosses directly and indirectly.

Some Employees are very rude to Clients and customers,and most times you will be shocked to see that the boss of such a rude employee is a very humble person.

And then some bosses really have a bad Attitude and are very abusive and exploitative.

Funny Enough, most of these employees who cry foul,WOULD DO THE SAME THING if they were in that position of a boss...
And most of those Abusive bosses went through the same Abuse when they were employees.

MY ADVICE TO BOTH EMPOWERS AND EMPLOYEES:

MR.EMPLOYER, TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEE LIKE YOUR FIRST AND ONLY CUSTOMER...

MR. EMPLOYEE, HANDLE YOUR EMPLOYER'S BUSINESS LIKE YOUR OWN...
