Please can someone help with this

I have being a silent follower of this tread and I want to appreciate all the efforts so far.


Please I need an urgent clarifications on the following issues.

1) I checked the amount to pay for HCW visa on Monday it was $629 but today I wanted to pay I saw $623. Does the price change?

2) The Husband who is the Dependent wants to apply with MA and plan to apply for the kids later since their passport is not out but hopefully should come out before Visa is granted to partner and he can apply for the kids and travel with them, If MA has travelled before then.
How does he respond to the question[b], "is this person travelling with you"[/b] having in mind that if he says Yes, passport number will be asked for and if he says No (will it not affect the application of the kids to travel with him?

3) how should this question be answered[b] "can you provide evidence to show how you both continue your relationship while living apart?" They have both being living together as couple for 5 years.
