4. Networking is a powerful way to secure new employment and contracts by meeting and connecting with new people who have shared interests in common with you. Using nairaland and linkedin as examples, I have secured contracts from people through both platforms based on the information I shared and the kind of people I connected with. Besides online platform, networking can also happen in real life among friends and acquaintances, at church, wedding receptions, seminars among other similar events. Meet people who have similar interests like yourself, share ideas, exchange contacts and information and the rest will fall in place overtime. |
Where there are problems, there will always be opportunity. Where there is opportunity, there will be money waiting to be spent. |
There are indeed many options available. Real estate, agriculture, digital marketing, ecommerce, retail etc |

Invest wisely by buying a luxury duplex in Jahi District, Abuja. Property values in Abuja go up by as much as 30% per annum especially in emerging districts such as Jahi. If you are serious about buying strategically located 4 bedroom luxury duplexes in Jahi district and want to even inspect these properties then give us a call on any of these numbers: 0808 205 9224 or 0803 206 4106 About Jahi District In case you don't know, Jahi is one of the fastest developing districts in Abuja with many landmarks, infrastructure and investments taking up positions within the district. Jahi district is less than 5 minutes drive from Gwarinpa, 7 minutes from Wuse 2. It is also 3 minutes from Kado and 7 minutes from Jabi district. It is designed to be a mostly upper middle class and upper class district with the housing plans typical of very modern, higher income groups. You are in an exclusive zone, quiet and away from more busy and noisy parts of the busy Abuja city center. Side note: 20 years ago, this district was a quiet sleepy district with very few houses. Today, many massive, luxurious structures are taking up space and giving it a befitting new look. This could be another Maitama except, a lot cheaper. Landmarks and attractions (Next Supermarket, Abuja Enterprise Agency, Aduvie International School, NAF conference center, Deeper live College, numerous ultra modern shopping plazas, good roads, relatively secure area with many more road and infrastructure projects in the pipeline by the FCTA in view) The duplexes we have are tastefully designed to world class standards and are relatively affordable for their quality. Call these numbers once again and let's schedule an inspection: 0808 205 9224 or 0803 206 4106 |

OP, Pure water business in Nigeria is tough and very few people are making it (mostly big time resellers) but is not totally a bad idea, but is very risky. However, working abroad in one year you will make more than 5 million from 2 jobs. But besides pure water factory, there are other businesses you can start with less than 5 million. Do some research on google about business opportunities you can find for less than 1 million, 2 million, 3 million etc. |
brunnette4real:I am sure you know you cannot attract people by spamming threads with irrelevant posts like this. I am reporting you to the MODs |

3. Learning a Trade This is an advantage for serious NYSC folks over the rest of the job market. The truth is a proven skill outside of the workplace is an attractive quality employers recognize in potential job seekers. In addition, it is a backup plan against being laid-off. Even if you don't get employed, you can start something for yourself eventually. List of trades to learn: writing, electrical repairs and installations, coding, repair and installation of ICT gadgets, events planning, fashion design, marketing, website design and many more. |
