jakiedudu: The so called kidnapping of Chicbok school girls may go down in as the most intruging event in Nigeria's history. The circumstances surrounding the whole incidence is one that will baffle observers for some time. For a state like Bornu under a state of imergency one will expect that all schools where security cannot be gauranteed be closed. However due to the need to provide candidates the opportunity to write their exam, the secondary school in Chibock which was initially closed was reopened. One reason why the school was reopen as was claimed by the State Gov was the relative peace in the area. In an interview on RayPower Fact File, the Bornu State commisioner of Education asserts that Chibock had never been attack by the Boko Haram Terrorist, hence the need to reopen the school for candidates to write the Examinations. However there is something fundamentally wrong. The state gov commited a fundamental error by assuming that Chibock is a safe location. No area under a State of Imergency can be assume to be safe. That is basic security protocol. Yes an area may not experience attacks as frequent as other areas but that does not meen there will never an atempted attack. The Pentacon area the houses the Head qtrs of the United states Defence may appear the most secure area on Earth. But that does not mean that security measures are not put inplace to prevent a possible attack. And besides the Pentagon was indeed attack in 9/11. Juxtaposing that senario to Chibock and Bornu state entirely, it was a great Security Error for the State Gov to assume that Chibock in safe. Events leading to the attack ssuggest that adequate arrangement was not provided by the state gov as there was no single security personal permanently attarch to the area. Offcose this is due to their assumption that there won't be any attack. Another sad development is that no matron, staff or any school personel were present during the abduction. Personally i have never seen a secondary school were staff member were not present in the school. One then can assume that the female students were basicaly left alone to fend for themselves. I find this to be highly abnormal. Another case senario is the worry by Waec over the security of the location hence the latter to the state gov through the ministry of education advising that students be relocated to another location, possibly Maiduguri the state capital. But the state gov flatly refused claiming that adequate security has been provided and thus no need for relocation. Now this is intresting. Intresting because location is invovled. It will intrest you to know that Chibock is a remote area located close to the border with cameroon. If there happens to be any attack it will be carried out swifftly given the nature of its location. In the event of abduction or kidnapping, it would be alot easier to ferry large number of victims over to the border in a location like Chibock compared to a place like Maiduguri without alerting security. Examing these events including many ohters i have not listed here am totaly convinced that the kidnapping or rather the abduction of these school girls was ochestrated, organized and carried out by wicked elements with insiders in the Bornu State Gov in collaboration with Boko Haram.
