Islam for Muslims / Naseeha To Me And You!! Our Phones ...................... by AbuKhair(m): 9:24pm On Dec 30, 2015 |
NASEEHA to ME and YOU!! OUR PHONES ...................... One of the hardest task in this 21st century is for the youths to spend 30 mins without "touching" their phones! Almost everyone is now a phone addict. It's the last thing you touch before you sleep at night. It's the first thing you touch when you wake up at dawn Some even put earpiece on their ears overnight. Some still wake at night to download films but they can't wake up for tahajud. Some are always "online" chatting. As early as 6am they are online and they remain online till midnight. They have thousands of friends online whom they chat with but they don't relate with their families at home. They isolate themselves in their rooms. Some argue till midnight about aqeedah issues, yet by fajr time, he is sleeping and snoring. Immediately after the tasleem in salat, you see people pressing their phones again, no time for adhkaar! As if all their past and future sins have already been forgiven! When accidents happen, instead of saving lives, you see people snapping the victims with their phones. When a house is burning, instead of quenching it, you see people snapping so as to be the first to upload it on social network. When a person loses a loved one, instead of thinking about the funeral issues, the first thing the person does is to upload the news on social network perhaps to get comments! We are so addicted to phones, we even chat when we are on motorcycles. Some still chat in the exam halls. Some still chat in the toilet or even make a calls. Some play games with their phones in the masjid. # Subhanallah Some watch films in the masjid. What a fitnah befalling the Ummah. Along the road, some keep pressing their phones, until perhaps they narrowly dodge an accident or until a banana peel slips them. Even when we have guests, we still concentrate on our phones than our guest. Some ignore their spouses because they are chatting with "mere friends" on Facebook! Some use Suratul Asr to hasten their salat because of their phones, not knowing that Suratul Asr is talking about spending time in righteous deeds. Many are those whose phones have made them "hypocrites". Many are those whose phones are leading them to hellfire Because of your phone, you are the last person to come to Juma'ah and you are always the first person to leave! Allah said, 'Closer and closer to mankind comes their judgement, yet they don't take heed, and they turn away' (Sura Al-Anbiyaa vs 1) Sheik Uthaymeen rahimahuLlah said, Whoever does not spend his time for the sake of Allah, what is better for him is DEATH! May Allah forgive our numerous sins, ameen. Please educate others, May Allaah reward your efforts, Aameen. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Religion / What Does Islam Say About Terrorism?.. A Request From A Nlander by AbuKhair(m): 10:40am On Nov 23, 2015 |
Firstly.. A look at the various principles of Islam which show that Islam is truly a mercy to the world, and the indiscriminate violence and terrorism is not condoned by the religion is wat i want every1 of us to bear in mind be it christian or any oda religions. Before i proceed slm to my bro n sis in islam and also may the peace of Allah be on everyone of us... ... Islam, a religion of mercy, does not permit terrorism. In the Quran, God has said: “God does not forbid you from showing kindness and dealing justly with those who have not fought you about religion and have not driven you out of your homes. God loves just dealers.” (Quran 60: The Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, used to prohibit soldiers from killing women and children, and he would advise them: “...Do not betray, do not be excessive, do not kill a newborn child.” And he also said: “Whoever has killed a person having a treaty with the Muslims shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise, though its fragrance is found for a span of forty years.” Also, the Prophet Muhammad has forbidden punishment with fire. He once listed murder as the second of the major sins, [and he even warned that on the Day of Judgment, “The first cases to be adjudicated between people on the Day of Judgment will be those of bloodshed. Muslims are even encouraged to be kind to animals and are forbidden to hurt them. Once the Prophet Muhammad said: “A woman was punished because she imprisoned a cat until it died. On account of this, she was doomed to Hell. While she imprisoned it, she did not give the cat food or drink, nor did she free it to eat the insects of the earth He also said that a man gave a very thirsty dog a drink, so God forgave his sins for this action. The Prophet, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, was asked, “Messenger of God, are we rewarded for kindness towards animals?” He said: “There is a reward for kindness to every living animal or human.” Additionally, while taking the life of an animal for food, Muslims are commanded to do so in a manner that causes the least amount of fright and suffering possible. The Prophet Muhammad said: “When you slaughter an animal, do so in the best way. One should sharpen his knife to reduce the suffering of the animal.” In light of these and other Islamic texts, the act of inciting terror in the hearts of defenseless civilians, the wholesale destruction of buildings and properties, the bombing and maiming of innocent men, women, and children are all forbidden and detestable acts according to Islam and the Muslims. Muslims follow a religion of peace, mercy, and forgiveness, and the vast majority have nothing to do with the violent events some have associated with Muslims. If an individual Muslim were to commit an act of terrorism, this person would be guilty of violating the laws of Islam... this is d teachings of islam. may God makes everyone of us to understand his word correctly and in the right ways.. #I am ABDULLAH and am not a #Terrorist.. Good day |

Religion / #my Name Is #abdullah.. And Am Not A #terrorist by AbuKhair(m): 11:39pm On Nov 20, 2015 |
As Muslims, we strongly condemn the terrorist attack on the two big cities of the United States of America on September 11, 2001 that caused the death and injury of thousands of innocent people, and offer our condolences to the American people. These attacks carried a very important issue related to the true source of terrorism to the top of the world agenda. By this occasion, it was announced to the entire world that Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance and that it summons people to compassion and justice. Many world leaders, leading media organizations, television and radio stations told their own people that true Islam forbids violence, and commands peace between people and nations. The Western circles that have come to a full grasp of the religion of Islam and are well-informed about the true Islam commanded by God in the Koran noted clearly that the words of Islam and terror cannot stand side by side, and divine religions by no means permit violence. This essay maintains that the source of the terror that we condemn is definitely not a divine religion, and that there is no room for terrorism in Islam. This is made clear in the Koran, the main source of Islam, and in the practices of all Muslim rulers, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, being the foremost of them. As you know, for centuries, various acts of terrorism are being carried out in different parts of the world by different groups for different purposes. Sometimes a communist organization, sometimes a fascist group, and sometimes radical and separatist factions assume responsibility for these acts. While countries like America often become the target of the attacks of racist and marginal terrorist groups, the European countries become the center stage for violent acts carried out by terrorist groups. 17 November in Greece, RAF and Neo-Nazis in Germany, ETA in Spain, Red Brigades in Italy and many other organizations seek to make their voices heard through terror and violence by killing innocent and defenseless people heinously. Terrorism changes with the developing and changing world conditions and steps up its impact and power with the new means made possible by the developing technology. In particular, mass communication tools such as the Internet extends the scope and influence of the terrorist activities considerably. Besides USA and Europe originated Western organizations, there are also other terror organizations of Middle East origin. Some terrorist attacks are carried out by these groups in all corners of the world. Yet there is an important point to be remembered here. The fact that the perpetrators of various terrorist acts carry Christian, Muslim or Jewish identities cause some people to develop some erroneous ideas and put forward some claims which do not concur with divine religions. The fact remains however, that even if the terrorists have Muslim identities, the terror they perpetrated cannot be labeled " Islamic terror ". In the same way, it would not be called "Jewish terror" if the perpetrators were Jews or "Christian terror" if they were Christians. That is because, murdering innocent people in the name of religion is unacceptable. We need to keep in mind that, among those who were killed in Washington or New York, there were people who loved Jesus (Christians), Prophet Moses (Jews) and Muslims. Unless forgiven by God, murdering innocent people is a great sin that brings torment in Hell. Thus, a religious person who has fear of God can never commit such an act. The aggressors can commit such violence only with the intention of attacking religion itself. It may well be that they carried out this violence to present religion as evil in the eyes of people, to divorce people from religion and to generate hatred and reaction against pious people. Consequently, every attack made in the name of "religion" on innocent people is actually an attack made against religion. Religion commands love, mercy and peace. Terror, on the other hand, is the opposite of religion; it is cruel, merciless and it demands bloodshed and misery. This being the case, while looking for the perpetrators of a terrorist act, its origins should be sought in disbelief rather than in religion. People with a fascist, communist, racist or materialist outlook on life should be suspected as potential perpetrators. The name or the identity of the terrorists is not important. If he can kill innocent people without blinking an eye, then he is a disbeliever, not a believer. He is a murderer with no fear of God, whose main ambition is to shed blood and to give harm. For this reason, "Islamic terror", "Jewish terror", "Christian terror" are quite erroneous concepts. That is because, neither the religion of Islam, nor other religions can by no means concur with terror. On the contrary, "terror" (i.e. murders committed against innocent people) in Islam is a great sin and Muslims are responsible for preventing these acts and bringing peace and justice to the world... let it trend my Muslim bro nd sis. #my name is #Abdullah and am not a #terrorist |
Programming / How I Fixed My No Bootable Devices Error Dell Laptop And Other System by AbuKhair(m): 6:45am On Jan 19, 2015 |
No Bootable Devices Error Explanation, Causes & Troubleshooting Guide Yesterday, in the middle of switching between user accounts, my Girlfriend's laptop went blank, then blue screen, then when everything restarted an awful error message appeared: "No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility" If you ask tech support, they will likely suggest wiping your hard drive (if it is just corrupted) and starting over, or buying a new hard drive (if it really is dead) and starting over. Both options suck. And both options equal loosing any data you have on your computer. Going through pages and pages of search results, forum discussions, troubleshooting guides, etc...I fixed my "No Bootable Devices" error in a very simple way...and learned a lot about troubleshooting internal HDD errors. I realized I could help visitors with the same problem by organizing all the info I gathered into this page. So, before giving up and trying to re-install Windows (or other OS), or messing with BIOS -- Please see how I fixed this problem, how others fixed the problem, and what to do next if you can't find an easy fix. This guide is based on my experiences fixing this error on a Dell laptop with WinXP, but the instructions/steps should hold up for just about any make, model or operating system (OS). No Boot Device Available - What Does This Mean? Simply put: "No Bootable Device Available" means your computer can't find your hard drive. Aka: Hard Disk or HDD. The hard drive is where data is stored on your computer (files, programs, photos, everything), this includes Windows or whatever operating system you have installed. Since your computer "can't find" your hard drive (HDD)... it can not boot (start) Windows or other OS...and you are stuck. Troubleshooting Steps: First, let's see if your computer has any link left to the hard drive. You've already tried pushing F1 (if you are on a Dell), and recieved an "Internal HDD Error". So, step 1: Press F2 (or whatever the computer suggests) to enter BIOS setup. If F2 doesn't work try the "del", or F10 key. The "esc" key works on some brands, too. BIOS has different versions, but there should be something labled "Primary Hard Drive" - if it says "none" ... then your computer doesn't even recognize that a Hard Drive is connected. Let's hope my solution works for you. If under "Primary Hard Drive" it lists any info (name, size, etc)...then skip down to this section for your next step (actually, even if the HDD is showing up in BIOS, you could try my easy fix below...but it is less likely to work. If under "Primary Hard Drive" it says "none", it could just be a loose connection keep reading: How I fixed my No Bootable Devices Error on my Dell Laptop: I removed the Hard Drive, then pushed it back in...nice and tight. And TA DA! All Fixed. Crazy, eh? If your computer can't find the HDD at all, the problem came without warning, and you are on a Laptop (Dell and HP are known for this)... this would be my first suggestion to try fixing your error. Opening a computer can void your warranty, but if you are like me: my computers always break after the warranty has expired anyway -- it doesn't matter You must: Unplug the power cable, and remove the battery first before removing the Hard Drive. Remove any thing else plugged into the computer: mouse, USB drives, etc. Also, you'll want to ground yourself by touching a un- painted metal object (I use a wrench) to ground myself before touching the insides of a computer. After removing the battery, you should see if you computer model has a way to ground the MotherBoard. On my Dell 610 -- you simply hold the power button down for a 5 seconds after disconnecting the battery to ground the MotherBoard. All Dell laptops work this way, I think. This guide has photos and steps to disassemble a Dell 610 Laptop (thanks to the author for helping me fix my computer!) -- but my guess is that any Dell Laptop would have similar instructions. If you have a different computer brand or model simply do a Google search for "disassemble brand /model" -- replacing "brand / model" with your own computers name. For instance if you have a HP Pavillion G6, your search term would be "disassemble HP Pavillion G6". Go through the results and try to find a nice step-by-step guide with photos. Check out my resources below for quick links to common Laptop Disassembly guides . Remember: you don't have to take apart your whole computer. Just find out how to remove the battery and the hard drive. Be sure to read warnings and suggestions if the guide mentions any. I don't know if this would work on Desktop computers -- but it may be worth a try. Why Does Removing and Putting-Back a Hard Drive Fix this Error? Sometimes, the connection to the HDD gets loose -- removing it and putting it back in (push it into the slot firmly to make sure) can fix this issue instantly. Dell laptops seem to be especially associated with this issue. I also think perhaps removing and re-installing (physically, not software-wise) the hard drive resets things back to normal. Kind of like how if your computer is acting weird, the first step is generally to turn it off and on again.
