I need suggestions on a very good facial cream that can help with moisturizing the face. My face is usually dry and I have an oily skin type but most times it's always dry. I am not in Lagos, I am in port Harcourt. You can buy from cosmetic shops where soap are sold. Here in portharcourt it is rampart. Visit big supermarkets.

please stay away from Zenox cocoa butter it's darken alot, I ve it self, try out Irish gold egg yolk lotion with d soap he/she mentioned of

She is dark already and wants to lighten a little, the soap will lightening and the cocoa butter will make her shining and natural. Zenox cocoa butter repairs the skin and doesn't dark anyone, In fact that is what I use. I am not dark, am OK.

Use K brother glutha soap #350. Make sure u use it with sponge. Sponge those dark areas very well, it will clear like wild fire. For the cream, I suggest Zenox cocoa butter #350. You can buy dettol antiseptic and pour it into ur bathing water so as to reduce the itching.

Am trying to learn how to make cold presses coconut oil as it has more nutrient but hot process is easier and more common any suggestions on easiest way to get cold pressed?

Even if u have to use it under the sun, put vitamin e capsule in it, like 5 capsule and do not pack plenty of it to rub on your body, just rub a little while going under the sun. Any of them can go.

Oils are good but not good to enter sun. it is good when at home. Oil darkens a lot when under sun. Mango butter is very nice it moisturizes ur skin. Coconut oil and honey is nice. it smoothens and brighten ur skin, but avoid sun. U can use it at home.

If u are using bleaching cream, stop it for a while. U can buy grace duo and apply it on ur knuckle. it has two bottles in the packet. Mix the two and apply. Stay away from harsh cream. While bathing scrub ur knuckle with ur sponge very well so that it will exfoilate it, u can also use salt and olive oil to scrub it.

we have different kind of native soap, we have black or red. you can buy any. You can get it from the market. Those Yoruba women or those people that sells native things like nsu, native pot, e.t.c. It's just 100 naira.

hi Chris , please I need help ,I was using fair and white gold cream which was going well for me though didn't make me light as I wanted but no pimples ,no rash until my husband traveled to dubai and got me a cream he claimed he bought from skin specialist ,it's a whitening cream with spf 20. it's been almost 6weeks I have been using this cream and right now I have lots of pimples on my face and rashes on my face too and chest .I was only applying the cream on my face down to my chest while I continue using fair and white gold on my rest body .my face is not so rough plus I'm even going darker .I just stopped using the cream and told hubby it's damaging my skin .I'm back to my fair and white gold but I need help on how to clear off all the rash,pimples and spots I have on my face now .my face is just too rough and it's making me ashame. even makeup isn't hiding all ..I use lux soap cos I don't even know which soap to use anymore .was using a papaya soap but it gave me eczema so is stopped ..thanks as I awaits your response

Use bitter leave juice for the eczema and for the rashes get 10 limes, potash and native soap. mix all together and apply it on that area consistently for good 4 days.

Hello Chris. I hope you'll be able to help me cos my skin problems no be here.
I have regularly recurring rashes on my back(mosly) and chest area.the rashes are very small like heat rashes but they occur even in cold weather. After using any good antifungal once it dissapears immediately only to reappear in less than a week. Basically, I need to rub my skineal at least twice a week or risk a return of the rashes and aggravated itching. I can't say how many years now.l need to add that personal hygiene is one of my priorities.
Secondly, I sweat a lot. At the slightest discomfort. I cant bear to stay in a crowded area without a fan/ac. Ventilation wouldn't do. I am not slim but im also not fat.I'm quite fit too. How can I stop this unnecessary and embarrassing sweating.
Lastly, I have a sensitive oily face besiged with pimples and black spots since puberty. I recently discovered neomedrol and its keeping the pimples at a manageable level without bleaching but the spots are really bad. Any advice on the spots? Heard of dermalmd serum but not much.
Plus what are your thoughts on exfoliators,facial cleansers and moisturizers/sunscreen.

A dark person can use it but it will make u lighter 4/5 shades lighter. The two are superb.
