So how can Tanzania be in that top 10 rank when there is more than 20 countries with less gdp per capita than him. Nonsense

Are you sure these are photos of Tanzanian kids? Don't post anything you don't know, there is no such thing malnourished or hunger due drought, there has no drought in Tanzania since 2011.
