Spend money in education so the Kenyan graduates can sit their butts waiting for Bill, Bob and Mary from Europe and Us to establish startups.

Kenyans need a revolution, I don't mean a coup/violence but the citizen should abandon all of the current Kenyan establishment and find themselves new fresh leaders and politicians. How a Gov with a budget higher than that of Morocco can't construct a road without a loan. That's weird.

Who shot him? He was shot 30 times yes and they didn't even finish him. I am sure if it was the government that did that he wouldn't still survive to this day.

He was shot by those people who wanted to incite violence in Tanzania. All of that thing started after the government caught 277 containers of underreported values of concentrate ( Gold+ others) and the government ban the export of concentrate until they pay the correct amount of that gold+ other minerals.

If they underreported in those 277 containers what about other thousands of thousands of container that were exported since 1990's. The gov calculate and slap them with 190bil usd tax. All those 277 containers were reported to have 44mil usd by Acacia and the Tz mineral authority but after re-exermine Gov found they worth 315mil usd minimum. So they decided to ban the export and scrap Tz Mineral Authority. They command that Acacia should build the Smelter here in Tanzania. It is in construction now.

But the opposition especially the two Lissu and another one called Zitto were opposing this by telling citizens that Tz will be sued by Acacia and pay large amount of money. It was like debate btn these two+ others who wanted the export to proceed and the one who supported the president. One day he was shot by anonymous people and the one Mp called Mr Sugu said it was the president who shot him. Lissu was transferred to Nairobi then Belgium for treatment and the other Mp was sued to the court after few months to prove that it was president who shot Lissu and other violence incitement comments. He was jailed for 5 months. So the HRW came and said Politicians are shot and others are jailed.

In the end Barrick scrap Acacia and joint create another Subsidiary called Twiga corporation with Tz gov which obtain 16% shares freely in each mining( Jan 2020). The gold export rise from 1.5bil usd at 2018 to 2.436 bil usd at 2020 which contribute 56.3% of Tanzania 4.3bil usd of non traditional Exports at 2020( April) from 3.56bil usd in the same period at 2019.

Kenyans are master of editing, most of the time the mountain doesn't even look the way the portray here from that Amboseli. Few months ago they even edit the view of kilimanjaro from Nairobi. They insisted even here in nairaland.
