if I register and apply, and later found out I can't work for you guys, can I deactivate my account?

Because this looks to me like a drive to get as many registered users as possible on your platform.

for instance, why can't someone apply through email?

Guy relax, her point is valid. You can't get good writers at 300/article. And not only that, you expect the writer to do some extra work promoting your website.

Even 500/article won't get you a good writer willing to write in addition to doing all those things you listed.

Guy, if you don't see anything wrong with asking people to summit 3 samples then you must be high on something. I have seen this type of scam before so I know your type.

@all, don't summit any test/sample to this man. Yes, he won't collect money from you, but he won't hire or pay you a dime. He'll end up saying you didn't get hired because you failed his test. Meanwhile, he has already sold the samples you wrote.

it's like my problem is not as simple as I thought. there is no error message. the problem is simply that I can't browse with the line even though I have over 300mb left to expire at the end of this month. Again, I cannot open any Web page with the line. the screenshot I posted yesterday showed the remaining mb in the line.
