You effectively highlighted this discrepancy. Additionally, they burdened you with double expenses by requiring another visa application and possibly forced your hand to pay a priority fee because you had no choice but to meet up with your date. These were your key advantages .
Second strongest advantage was that the previous application you were punished for what was not within your rights- CAC and its maintenance issues. Should not have punished you for that.

Please what was the mistake you made in ur first application and how did u correct it I guess it's not account issue?

2) what airline booking reservation did you use to get the visa?

Suddenly the reason for the refusal is that company is not found on CAC, and I have no rights to appeal. it even stated that they considered interviews from applicant and sponsor, but non of that happened

Please any idea what we need to do next?


(modified): I have also confirmed that CAC's website is on maintenance mode and searches are now failing

After dragging them that they made error in my decision, they went back to look for minor deposits in my banks and put that as reason, this people are tortoise 😂

Get an agent decision might be overturned or do a paid mail or reapply and figure out those grounds on which she was being denied mostly on her ties with her home country Nigeria and your CAC registration or dues( Renew it)

-it came to him as a shock;
-you didn't meet up to the standard he has placed you in his mind;
-he's sorting out a personal issue u didn't know about;
-he's found someone that fancies him more than you do; and
-he has EGO problems.

I notice that the so called rich guys that are choosy were once dirt poor who suddenly have a stupid entitlement forgeting that those from humble background will one day become wealthy, Bill gates, Mark of Facebook etc were not born rich, they married from humble background.
