Remember that his comments are directed at delegates and not the general electorate. This is what a lot of people are failing to consider. You cannot be telling delegates you will build roads for them to vote you at the primaries. The concept of the Fifa confederations cup and the new Finalissima is the same, which is to have a champion among continental champions. The gulf in quality between Europe/S.America and Africa/Asia/N.America made them revamp the format to include only Europe and S.America, which is why the finalissima was revived. In EPL, Leicester city won the league in 2016 and other teams provide tough competition to the top four. In any case, you cannot even compare league club football to international tournaments, unless you are a rookie.

Ignorant comment. The Finalissima simply replaced the FIFA Confederations Cup which was a competition between winners of continental national tournaments. But as it was observed over time that continents like Africa, Asia, Concacaf and Oceania were only there to make up the numbers as tourists, they simply narrowed it down to the 2 serious continental contenders who had always won the tournament since its inception.

I am sure you recall when Chile dumped out Portugal while a certain Wasiu was still waiting to take the last penalty shot to glory. So you see, the competition had always been around when other teams were winning their tournaments but just in an expanded format.

It is even a more valuable trophy than European super cup which is a match up between a superior side (UCL winner) and a winner of an inferior tournament (Europa). The Finalissima, like the confederations cup it replaced, is a match of equals. The equivalent on the club side is almost the club world cup but that one is even inferior because only European clubs presents first-class quality on the club front unlike on the international scene where both Europe and S.America are comparable heavyweights.

Please I need your informed suggestions on the best areas within Lagos where I can currently get a half plot of land for 15 - 25million Naira. I am particularly looking at areas with the following features:

- Great Security (very low armed robbery incidence rates, low concentration of louts)
- Decent phcn power (at least 10 - 15hours daily)
- Nearness to social facilities like shopping malls, supermarkets, nice relaxation spots etc
- Non-swampy or prone to flooding

The areas I'm considering that fit the above requirements are Ogudu, Ogba, Isheri-Olowora axis, Ikate, Argungi or any area on the island not beyond Chevron.

Please advise whether and where I can get a half plot of land within the stated budget in these areas or any other area in Lagos that you know is also suitable. Note that Ibafo-Mowe (distance), OPIC estate (flooding), Ikorodu, Iyana-Ipaja/Egbeda/Alimosho (distance), Lagos Island (louts), Ajah (poor security and distance), Agege/Iju/Agbado/Abule-egba axis (poor roads and louts) are out of my consideration due to the various factors already highlighted.
