Hi, everyone, am tobi from ogun state, a tall guy in his early twenties, I'm a stammerer from birth but recently i have been noticing that it's been getting worse, I can't talk anymore in public without the fear of embarrassing myself.

Everytime am on the net, searching for "How to stop Stammering" but up till now, no improvement, I have tried all method, but still no improvement, Each time I go out to buy something, I usually embarrass myself, sometimes I overhear people saying, is he deaf and dumb?

I have few friends I talk to regularly, they do understand but not everyone understands, it wasn't as bad as this early this year or in the middle of the year, I just can't explain, Usually I talk fast, but people advise me to calm down while talking but even though I try to calm down I still end up Stammering, am frustrated, nothing is working, its even leading me to suicidal thoughts, am just tired,

Am not good at giving advice but I will suggest this.... Try to be about dirty with her I mean the way you both talk.... Invite her over that a friend of yours have an all night club event at a popular club and you will want both of you to go... Give her a date on that day tell her to come early as you will like to have great sex with her before the event.... In short you can buy her wears for the event... In the said date fk her like say you no plan to do again then from tired when it's time to go for the event tell her your friend shift the event date... Bleep her all through the night with the help of....... Then in the morning if she reacts tell her you don't think the relationship will work her reaction will give you the answer you needed....... Thank me later

The best form of defence is attack. The Army should launch a continuous offensive against this group. Our army bases are not hidden so it is easy for BH to deploy 70% of their fighting force to a Base of 150 soldiers and you know the result.
